Running in the 'here & now'

Mindfulness is consciously bringing your attention to the present moment with an open and non-critical view.

Mindful Run introduces you to the different facets of running and teaches you to listen to your own body. You will become aware of your own posture, your attention when moving and the power and energy in your body.

By running more in the 'here and now' you clear your head and learn enjoy the present moment more.

The tools and techniques that you will learn during this 5-week course will help you achieve a more balanced and fulfilling lifestyle.

This service is often times one of the keys to a happier, healthier life.
After several sessions, you will become well-versed at handling issues whenever and wherever they arise.

Yoga Breathing is a safe and fast way to relieve stress, boost digestion, balance your energy, and improve sleep.

Unlike meditation that can be frustrating and slow to learn, yoga breathing is very accessible, and you’ll feel results right from our first session.

No experience of any kind is needed. I take a very simple, science-based approach that is effective for everyone.

It is a way to bring balance to your life and keep it that way:
mind, body, and soul.

Yoga can be interpreted as a life philosophy. It has its roots in India around 3000 years ago.
The Yoga Sutras of Patanjali (500 AD) form a guideline for a meaningful and peaceful life.

Yoga invites you to lead by example, show the way and share your knowledge.
